excellent stay
helpful staff clean room
the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. our room, a classic double room, was quite spacious and clean. the hotel's location near the acropolis entrance was ideal for early morning visits.
the air conditioning system in the room was somewhat inconsistent! it was difficult to maintain a steady temperature.

WOW, what a LOCATION!
delicious breakfast upper view
the BREAKFAST was very nice and fresh. The staff was amazing. When we arrived, after a long trip late in the evening, a refreshing drink and snack were immediately provided. Included breakfasts were delicious from a varied menu. The view to the acropolis from the upper dining area WAS beautiful.
the bedrooms was very underwhelming for the price. Carpeted bedrooms are not great for a '5 star hotel'. AC smelled musty.

The location proved really good for exploring historical sites. i appreciated the proximity to key attractions. The room offered sufficient space and thoughtful design. the hotel breakfast provided a good start to the day with fresh options. staff were attentive, responding quickly to requests, a detail i valued.
i noticed only a minor delay once at the elevator during peak hours.

The front desk staff provided useful walking route tips and maps. Breakfast service impressed. The staff accommodated requests, and the menu featured many options. I enjoyed the Acropolis view during breakfast. The hotel stored my luggage upon early arrival and offered a welcome drink and snack. This was appreciated.
The bedroom carpeting seemed out of place for a hotel of this class.

The breakfast featured cooked-to-order options, and guests could request multiple servings. The breakfast service is located on the sixth floor, and it provides a direct view of the Acropolis. I found the tasting menu at the Sense restaurant excellent.

My room was spacious and clean. The room had a full-size mirror near outlets and a powerful hairdryer. The shower was very good. It was one of the best I've ever used. The room also included a good-sized closet with shelves.

the location is good near major attractions. the staff were helpful with directions. the room was equipped with a comfortable bed it met my basic needs.
the gym was small almost like a storage closet. i found no windows there nor sufficient ventilation. the breakfast service needed some attention it lacked explanations from the waiter.
